Susan J. Schaefer has practiced as a CPA since 1984. She has two children, Starla Schaefer and Ben and Ruby Schaefer as well as eight grandchildren. Her first love is her family. Her hobbies include, music, cross-stitch, crochet and reading. She served for six years as a board member of the Cross Plains ISD. She served for over 20 years as board member and chairman for the Cross Plains Housing Authority. She has continued to serve the Cross Plains EMS for over 30 years in many capacities including Emergency Medical Technician and Administrative of Record. She is active on the board of the local Chamber of Commerce. Susan enjoys being active in her church and in her ranching operations and loves hanging out with her black cows.

Rickie Brown has been a member of the staff for 20 years. She and her husband Gerald have 6 children and reside in Cross Plains. Her strengths include tax return work-up, accounting write-up, client interview, payroll and office management.

Joyce Osteen has been a member of the staff for 14 years and brings experience from previous retail business ownership. Her strengths include great attention to detail including accounting write-up, payroll, and 1099 reporting.

Starla Schaefer has been with the firm for 14 years. Starla has five children and stays very busy with them. She brings her superior organizational skills to the office and incorporates them in data entry as well as management of client files.

Delany Golson has been with the firm for 10 years. She and her husband Travis have two children. She is very active in the community and the local EMS. Her duties include payroll, accounting and office detail. She is an amazing multi-tasker and greets his client with her smile and enthusiasm.
